What an Excellent service and response time

On Thursday the 28 November we had damage due to lightning and a severe storm.
We submitted a claim to the insurance and Stefanie Martins were allocated to take care of the duties for the claim. It was very pleasant to be able to speak to somebody so friendly and doing her work with so much energy. Despite the fluid of claims they had she still manage to process everything in a very short time. We submitted the damage report received from the supplier about 1 minute to 5 (17:00) not expecting anything to come from it. Assuming 17:00 is closing time for most business. To my surprise I received a call at about 17:35 from Stefanie with feedback.
The received the report and she will contact me as soon as it is finalized. To even a greater surprise, I received a call back after 18:00. The claim is finalized. This is the type of service consumers need in every industry. Keep up the good work. Service like this put a smile on our faces.
