What a pleasure to enter a claim with Telesure!

On Christmas day I dropped my Canon camera in a dam and could only retrieve it after a few hours. Needless to say that I knew the camera will not be repairable, but it was holiday season and all I could do was to log a claim with Telesure and wait for the new year to arrive. Stefanie Martins phoned me a few minutes after I logged the claim via internet and after explaining to her that I will have to wait until businesses open in the new year before I can get professional advice on repair possibility Stefanie went out of her way to keep regular contact with me on assisting to get a report. Today, 22 January 2014 I finally got a report from Cameratek in Johannesburg (I must also compliment them as I only handed the camera in on Saturday 18 January 2014 and they responded within two working days!) and I emailed the report to Stefanie, who phoned me within an hour to tell me that my claim was successful and that Telesure will refund the amount stated by Cameratek, for me to replace my camera.

Thanks Stefanie for your friendliness, commitment and and competence! Telesure will benefit as I will make sure all my friends know about this also!
