I am not impressed with the kind of service I am getting with regards to my policy. I was involved in an accident in October and I requested for a No Claim Letter more than 10 times but up to this date I haven't got any. I am just wondering what kind of service or complications I was going to face had I claimed. I am extremely disappointed and I don't any reason why I should continue wasting my money with guys. May I please have the letter because it has stalled everything...
