This is the second complaint! I complained and early october I laid a complaint about miway misconduct on the 7th of october I received a call from miways RETANTION specialist by the name of Kholeka Bukali I posted a complaint about the pethetic service they promised me they will refind my premiums within 48 hrs from the seventh october 2013.Miways Kholeka Bukali agreed that she was going to check their documents and return back to me she then requested me to send her the bank statements as approvel that they debited my bank account. I send those as requested by her they still haven't deliverd on their promise.if I have insurence with miway I must know I have made the worst choice in life.thank you
