Quick to take your money VERY slow to payout

R.A.matured 1/8/2013.
Submitted claim 30/8/2013. Due to legal requirement 2/3 had to be reinvested. This took about 20 Mins.
The 1/3 payout however has now taken more than 3 MONTHS without any progress.
O.M. blames SARS for the delay but is unable or unwilling to give specific reasons.
Despite queries to financial advisor, middle and regional management and complaints admin.no progress or information received.
Complaints dept.a joke.other than an instant computer generated reply no other contact in more than 2 weeks.
Any sort of response from O.M.takes ages.

SARS Bfn.assure me no problem from their side. In contrast to O.M. their service very efficient!
