Riedwaan and the entire team at Telesure made me feel so safe when I went to have my car assessed after an accident... Insurance company accepted the quote, gave me the money and then I went to have my car fixed. Seems the assessment was way out of line, I needed close to double the amount the assessors gave me to fix the car properly.
Sorry guys, this is unprofessional and unethical. Nice as you were, lovely as your service was, I am so disappointed in the outcome. Yes, I thought I could trust your professionalism. Come on Telesure, just play fair. We are all in this world together and I am not out to rob anyone, just looking for a fair deal as I am sure you would be too in my shoes. I shall have to refute my praise of your service on the day my car was assessed, because underneath the politeness and apparent attention to your customer's needs you are clearly incompetent. Either that or very ignorant of the industry you work in. I feel sorry for you because you have the opportunity to make the world a better place and you are doing the opposite instead.
