Outstanding service! I took my vehicle for an assessment and I must admit that I havnt dealt with such helpful, professional and friendly individuals in ages. I left there feeling like a customer should and a big smile on my face despite the fact that I was there for unpleasant business to have my car assessed after an accident.
To all 3 of these guys - YOU ROCK! To Telesure - Keep up with whatever it is that you are doing to motivate your staff, it is certainly working.
Thought I would compliment you on this forum as it is not often that we get to opportunity to compliment instead of complain.
