A week ago my insurance sent me to TELESURE Group Service to have my car assessed, Azhar Botha our assessor welcomed us even though we late. He politely asked us to wait in the lounge where we could have coffee and biscuits. Once he was ready he done the assessment, took us through what needs to be done and why.
