I attended the Forex Course conducted by Dr Alok Khadaroo on May 18 and was absoulutely appalled by the atrocious standard delivered apropos the "promises" made in the promo material. The course cost R3 995.00 and I furthrmore wasted 5 hours on a Saturday afternoon as the course content was abysmal and was furthermore very poorly presented. I advised Bronwyn, an FSP Representative of my disatisfaction during the Tea Break and advised her that I would see the course through in the hope that it improved, which it did not! I requested a Full Refund in the course evaluation form and have had been given the "run-around" by FSP culimating in a "Refusal to Refund". I dealt through Customer Services, Vanessa Rass, whom I requested to forward the "Refund Denial" email to me so as to enable me to take the matter up with management. Needless to say the said email has not been forthcoming!
I get the distinct impression that the promo material was not even written by Dr Khadaroo.
I have subscribed to FSP for many years and am absolutely incensed at this blatant act of extortion and will certainly not let the matter rest. My next step for a Full Refund will be a call to Bruce Whitfield on 702.
