Complaining about the complaints department

I lodged a complaint on the Standard Bank website and its been 10 days and no one has contacted me about it. I have emailed them numerous times but still no response! Is this what they call customer service? They should remove the option to lodge a complain from their website because it clearly doesn't seem to be working!
