I've been a client of Mi Way since beginning of 2008, and to date i am still happy that i chose Mi Way as my insurer of choice. The staff is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. It des not matter what time of the day you call the call center.
I contacted the call center this morning @ about 09:00, to make changes on my policy, i spoke to Neo Mogane, we could not conclude what i had called about as i was running out of airtime. Neo informed me that he has calls that are queing on his line however he will call me between 11 and 12:00, and he kept his promise and called me back between those times. He was patient, explained everything in detail and made sure that i understood even the smallest of details. Thank you Mi Way for your consistent professionalism and for ensuring that you have the likes of Neo as consultants.
