Today I called miway to update my vehicle insurance policy. I spoke to a very friendly lady called Flory who was extremely efficient and helpful. Her service was excellent and quick. She managed to organise me a discount on my premium too. Fantastic. A lot of call centre staff could learn from her. Thank you Flory.
