I called the discovery health call center to get their banking details for payment as I missed my debit order due to unforeseen circumstances. I called the call center to get the banking details to make payment. Lwandiso answered, and from the get go, was incredibly friendly and approachable for the information I needed. He advised within seconds what payment amount was required, and an email was immediately sent with the detail.By the time I had out my phone down the email was there.
He explained the details and procedure clearly, and made sure I understood what was required from me.
Thank you Lwandiso Bobelo. It was great dealing with someone on the other end of the line who know what they were talking about for a change!
