Good day,

I have a problem with my online banking and subsequently called the call centre after correspondence from a consultant via email.

When I finally got through to the call centre after holding for more than 15 minutes on 2 separate occasions the consultant could not assist me and referred me to another department.

Where do I go from here as I am being transferred from pillar to post and spending money to make calls.
