Poor service from Wesbank

I emailed Wesbank for a copy of the deed to my car in order to change my insurer. Three days later I get a generic reply, "To whom it may concern", when its the deed to my car, I attached my name to the initial request email and the response is send to a personal email address. The attached file was a copy of the right deed, but they put a black box over my name. :(

Now my question is; how is this copy of any use to me? Since my name is half blotted out...

I do not know what the requirements are to work at Wesbank, but common sense seems to be at the bottom of the list.
