On numerous occasions when contacted by ABSA, have explained my financial situation to the person on the other end of the phone.
Last months, ABSA very kindly granted me an overdraft to cover the debits that were going off my account which I so appreciated and am extremely grateful for.
Now this month, most of my debit orders have been returned because of "insufficient funds"
On trying to get hold of someone at a call centre, I was given other contact numbers to call which I did/
One was for credit cards which is not the query I had and the other did not now a thing.
What I would like to know from ABSA is why last month an overdraft was given to me and this month my debits are being returned?
