Needed to have a copy of a Title Deed and after many calls to someone else at the same company, I was lucky enough to be put trough Natasha, due to the person I had been dealing with to be on sick leave. Natasha took my details, promised to call back, and called back indeed, emailed me a copy of a title deed search on the following day and promised copy of title deed within 05 days.
