I receieved a message from Metropolitan Life, with regards to an amendment on my life policy. I found the message to be unclear and inconclusive. I decided to phone the telephone number (0861111348). I phoned twice at around 2:30pm, I held on twice until the call was just dropped. I find this to be extrememly unprofessional for a company which is of the calibre of Metropolitan Life.
