I recieved a statement stating that i am in arrears with my credit card, i have a letter confirming, that my card has been paid in full, try as i might i can not get hold of anyone in the legal department, or by sending contact emails on your website. i understand you are busy with the golf challenge giving away millions of $, and im sure that your legal department is very busy that the phone lines stay engaged all the time. all i want is for someone to contact me to resolve this issue, i promise you after you rectify my problem i will never contact nedbank again, I PROMISE.
