I phoned in my claim to Thabang minutes after damage occurred to my property the afternoon of the hailstorm, 28 November. I am still waiting to hear from him. Have left 3 messages and sent one email and still nothing after 5 days. I know that you are getting many claims and that there was a weekend just now, but when rain damage occurs and more rain is on the way, the company must work on the weekend - it just makes sense.
Dial Direct, your claim system stinks. If the person who lodged your claim ignores you for 5 days, anyone else answering the call cannot assist. I emailed a quotation for urgent repair to my motor gate and nothing after 5 days. I am in my sixties and cannot open the huge motor gate myself.
After 5 days I am still waiting to hear from Dial Direct, never mind the assessor who is supposed to come and inspect the damage to my property. I will definitely be moving my business elsewhere once this is done. I'm completely disgusted with your service.
