Excellent Service by Bonolo

During the month of August, I received a letter from Myway informing me about the increase of my premium to R1201.11. I was however shocked last week when i discoverd that Myway has deducted from my account more than what they have communicated to me. During the month of September an amount of R1564.39 was deducted and of R1555.73 was deducted for October and November. I called myway to register my dissatisfaction and unhappiness about this matter and was assisted by the lady with the name of Bonolo. After having explained everything to her, she promised to correct this error and reiburse to me a total amount of R1072.24 which was deducted in excess over three months.

I would there like to express my gratitude to Bonolo for the good service offered.
