I contacted miway because i was not happy with the excess and premium i got from them and i was ready to leave myway and look for another insurance company, i was called back by a consultant by the name of thapelo masinga, he explained to me why the premiums where like that and in did so in a sinple language that even a first time buyer like my self understood, and after that he reviewed my profile and was able to put me in a condition were i was happy to stay with myway. i would recomend myway to anyone looking for insurence. big ups to thapelo masinga and thank you very much for the service.
