I am happy with the way Bonolo handled my query, two weeks back I logged a call to Miway changing my physical address and the person who assisted me never told me that money will be deducted in my account as a prorata and she also promised to email me the updated policy which i never recieved.
Thanks to Bonolo, she explained why the money was deducted into my account and she also sent me a Police docs within a minute as promised.
