Today (12/02) at our FNB here in kathu, I was standing in the line. We are more then 36 people in the line but they only have 2 tellers open out of the 4. It takes ages for the line to move but they won't open more tellers. This is not the first time and it won't be the last. I have been here with more then 20 people in the line before with just one teller open. This is really waste of time. FNB kathu should also know its the end of the month and all 4 tellers should be open!
