Poor service

On Thursday 28/11/2013 during the strom i had an incident at my home which, when I phoned outsurance was told that i would be covered and that someone would contact me from the claims department in the morning. After the incident my son was unable to occupy his room as the ceiling was leaking and the carpet was wet. On Friday at about 12:00 a was contacted by the claims dept. informing me that the claim would be registered and the access would be R2050.00 which I agreed to, the lady informed me that the assessor would conatact me when he/she would be coming out. Till now I have not heard a word and my son was not able to occupy his room. I am really not happy with your service and and I do understand that you have been inandated with calls but i think the premiums I pay are just as good as the next persons. i will be expected to pay the access but put up with bad service. the caprpet and ceiling has since dried so I might as well cancel my insurance and fix it myself
