Registered a claim on Saturday, 16/11/2013. After heavy rains, roof in entertainment/braai room started leaking heavily through the ceiling and downlights, causing damage to the ceiling.
After numerous phone calls up till today, 20/11/2013, the only excuse I get is that the assessor will contact me asap and that is as of Monday, 18/11/2013 already. Never did i receive such poor service from an insurance company thus far and i thought i am replacing my previous insurance, OUTSURANCE for a better insurance. Claim no: 616354.
