Still having problems with tax deduction on monthly annuity. I was assured by John Malan during August that Annalien would personally see to solving my problems. She promised everything but delivered on none. We agreed on tax calculation that would be fixed from August 2013 to February 2014. The first deduction in August was not according to confirmed e-mail. During September I received letter confirming new annuity and tax deductions as my anniversary date was 1 September. I immediately contacted Annalien and informed her that tax stated in letter was not according to calculation agreed on. Needless to say tax for September and October was again wrong and deducted as stated in letter i informed her about. Early in November Annalien again confirmed tax amount that would be deducted November to February. Guess what tax for November was again not according to that confirmed by e-mail. I e-mailed Annalien on 28 November and are getting no response also no answer to question raised in e-mail dated 25 October.
