Tax Deduction Fiasco

It is now the sixth time tax has been wrongly deducted. My Problems with tax deductions from my monthly annuity started in July 2010. After I reported it the tax was rectified over the remaining six months of the tax year. The next time was July 2012 which I immediately reported, nothing was done in August and an attempt was made in September and October to adjust tax deduction but again the wrong amount. Eventually the correction was made for the remaining months being November 2012 to February 2013. What was my surprise, when I did my calculation for income for 2013/2014 as my investment anniversary was coming up, that tax deductions for March to July 2013 was again wrong. I phoned Kareemah about 10 o clock on Friday 26 July 2013 and informed her about the problem, she soon afterwards returned my call and told me that Ronald would phone me the same day to explain the problem. It is now Tuesday 30 July and still no response from Ronald. This is not acceptable and every time the response is sorry for any inconvenience. I would like a communication from your chief financial officer stating that he or she is aware of the problem and what is being done to rectify it.
