On Monday 2 December I ordered a fridge and tv online at the Sanlam reality shop. Both items said delivery would take place within 2 days. I paid via debit card and the money went off immediately. After not hearing anything for 2 days I contacted them. According to the third person I spoke to the tv had been discontinued, I asked to be refunded for the tv. Its more than a week later and am stll waiting for the payment. Plus I received an email today saying my fridge will be here in 10 days?!!! I phoned them again on 9 December to ask about my refund and they told me that an amount of R2, 000 was paid into my account. First of all I still havent received ANY payment and second of all I paid R2, 700 for the TV, what happened to my R700??? No one has contacted me regarding any of these issues, every time I had to phone. This is the second time I have ordered something from them, the first order went through without any glitches, but this order has been a disaster from start to finish. Not only have I not been refunded but am also without a fridge, this is unacceptable. This is the last time I will order from them ever again.
