FNB clueless about Moneygram

I wanted to make a Moneygram transfer in order to receive imported goods. The first time i tried (13/07/2013) I was told I needed a reference number from the supplier, this delayed my transaction all week only to find out that this number was not needed. The employees have no idea how to use this Money-gram service and wondered around aimlessly trying to figure out how to make a transaction. the next week (20/07/2013) I returned to make this transaction once again, this time even the manager (who is just as clueless as the staff) had to come and assist. The transaction took place. A day later we find out from the supplier that the transaction is still unable to take place because they wrote down the wrong information. I call this FNB only to be told that I need to come in with my ID for the problem to be fixed. This whole account has cost me time, money and 2 weeks of business because of their stupidity and negligence.
