Prestige is not so prestige

I'm trying to close my credit facilities; I've paid them up its taking so long it's terrible since the 21st of October. I'm on prestige, and can you please train prestige bankers to reply to emails and provide feedback. Now I'm closing my credit facilities on my own in spite of this "Prestige" service - I have to call card division, insurance and whatever else.
