Outsurance has been taking care of us for many years and in my opinion no other insurance company will ever beat their outstanding service. I updated my insurance policy this last week, I had about 7 items to add to our policy, my call was answered and directed to a consultant in less than a minute. Everything was updated telephonically and the service I received was efficient and professional, the consultant Fikile was friendly and helpful and surprised me by turning what I assumed was going to be a long and painfully boring transaction into a surprisingly pleasurable experience.
