Not there to help!

I got notified my salary was going to be paid late so I emailed Mrs Mdawu and explained my situation and asked her to honour the debit orders she asked me to get a letter from HR which I did and the email was sent, no response further so I believed the situation was resolved. The next day debit orders where going off and an hour later they where all getting rejected at R138 per debit order so I have now been charged R690 for unpaid debit order I have contacted her twice today 27-11-2013 once at 13:30 second time at 14:30 no response I've left messages nothing I would like to know how this is going together resolved.
