First They dont pay out my claim, now my premiums

Firstly they dont pay out my claim, on my nissan x trail! Then they insult me by refunding me R300
After various demands from my broker, notifying them to refund all my premiums paid to them.
! Still waiting for Santam to pay all my premiums paid to them from February to October.
If Santam treat their clients in this manner. They need to address their customer service!
