Didn't receive my money at Amandelboom atm

On the 29th of November I've tried to withdraw R3000 at the absa atm amandfelboom. The atm stated that I received the money which I didn't. I went to my bank Nedbank they told me it will be rectified automaticly if its not in my bank Saturtday I must come back. Next morning still not rectigfied. I wernt to Nedbank they didn't seem very interrested in helping me but file a complaint and promise to call me - I'm still waiting!! I phoned Absa customer care line talk to Judith also not helpfull teling me its how the system works I must wait 2 weeks. For both banks I've tried to explain I've got a disabled son which must get nappies and his stuff. NOW I want my money this is unexceptable why must I beg for our money!!! Maybe they want to come to my home and explain to my son why he can't get his stuff!!! You claim you were the bank of the year prove it then!!!
