A miciti bus knocked into me on wed. I phoned to get a tow and was advised i shoud claim then. He said assessors would view my car on thurs. I call for Marius Botha thurs morn, told hes on the call but the woman could see he logged my email on the system with the sketch. said the assessor wasnt there because of paperwork not yet filed but my war was in stikland. Called later to find out if claim would affect us in that case I want to claim from MyCiti the man explained my options etc and I said I would first check with myciti. Called back to find out if assessor had seen a lady told me they couldnt find my car and were trying to contact the tow truck driver. She basically told me the other people my car was not at stikland but LOST. I told her I want a call back confirming exactly what is happening. All 3 said marius couldnt come to the phone as he was on a call. I called back later as I still didnt get a call the guy said marius was on the phone and would call back. D next lady sed hes on leave til fri. Still waiting on a team leader 2 call me. D tow truck driver told me my car was only moved to stikland thurs at 12, 3hrs afta I was about my car been at stikland
