While on my way to work round about the 16th of September a client from stikland body repairers drove into the drivers side rear of my vehicle. Being a Monday morning I was about to go ballistic... the driver of the other vehicle's attitude calmed me down though... very professional and apologetic... even with having the quotation and pics taken stikland bodyworks were great and I felt its Gona be ok... now a month later the claim is still with the insurer (santam). And I'm stuck having to drive around with a damaged vehicle. A week ago when contacted I was advised that I was to be sent a release form... because it wasn't received a few days later, ...I called again, only to be told the claim is being investigated?. For a month? As the "victim" so to speak I feel that it's unfair that it takes this long for me to have my vehicle fixed. Is there any way to have the process sped up?
