I went to the Midrand branch yesterday after being assisted I was not advised the money will be on Sunday I the spoke to Ashanti Natalie Boyd from FNB Contact Centre on 23/11/2013 at 10:41 who easily said I must wait for 12 hours if the money is not in I must go back to the Branch, she did not even bother to find out what could be the cause or give me a reason for the delay.
What a service received this morning!!!
