Incorrect billing for Ipad

I logged a call with FNB about a month ago regarding the amount that are deducted from my account for my Ipad. The lady I spoke to confirm that I should actually be paying R279, but you are deducting R309 from my account. I have had NO feedback from anyone at FNB. My reference is RH13010225267.
