I made an appointment on Tuesday to buy foreign bank notes from absa the Thursday. on my arrival, they process my documents only to tell me that the notes are stuck on some sort of system and cant be released. 3 hours later, they still have the same problem that is being "fixed". No-one seems to understand the urgency and how badly I need the money. After complaining about the bad service, they send in a clueless manager who's apologising about making me wait, yet she's asking me "what I'm waiting for"!? the nerve! how is she apologising of she doesn't know the problem?! Absa ladysmith proved to me that they have lazy, incompetent staff who have little care for its customers!
and I still don't have my foreign bank notes... 4 hours late
