I took out a Painttech Auto Body Warranty underwritten by Regent in Dec 2012 when I purchased my car. Sometime this year when I went through the policy documents I realised that most things were not covered by it & I wrote a letter of cancellation on the 3rd Oct 2013. I got an email from them to sign the letter a few days later & a promise that their retentions office will call me to finalise the cancellation. After trying to contact them numerous times & not being unsuccessfull, I found a callcenter number on their website & called them. They asked me to write another letter & email it to them, which I did on 12-11-2013. I got a missed call from their number on 13-11-2013 & the person who called me didn't leave their name & when I call their office they ask me who was the person who tried to call me. Up to today no one from their office has called me again after the missed call I got from them
