I need my bank details on the bank letterhead to change my medical aid debit order to debit from my account. I requested this be emailed to the email address where my statements currently. I was told that this was not possible and that I would have to into the branch. When I asked why, the only response I got was 'that is procedure'. Why is it procedure? What is worth wasting my time queuing and the bank's time and money serving me and printing something I will scan anyway?
