Wesbank failed to debit my account on email instruction, have now added interest and want settlement. I was not aware the bank failed to act on the instruction. I am annoyed, irritated and have been on hold for half an hour or more, where the agent that called was trying to get the interest reversed, she never got back to me, voice prompts thanked me for my call and gave instructions for the call to be re routed. Not impressed
