No sense of urgency

My premium about was changed and the debit order order was different to what it changed to. I called miway and spoke to Enock lamula, who was very and had this attitude of a no go area... he was never patient with my request which was very simple and i then requested to speak to a manager he told me that the manager wont speak to me and he doubts if he will be able to assist any further??? How can he surely doubt his managers capabilities on customer service. Being such a loyal customer of miway and being treated like this so early it seems much better to take my insurance to a better service provider who will ensure my needs are met and also be willing to listen. Listening is a skill not a gift.
