I have just changed policies and I could not cancel the old one on time and when I called MiWay to ensure that I do not loose the money that was deducted as the new Insurer, Tshidisho went out of his way to ensure that this request was painless and that I did not end up in a disadvantaged situation. He ensured that he understood my story thoroughly and that the process was effected appropriately.

I love that when I phone Miway using one of the numbers that are registerd their systems immediately pull up my profile... makes me feel valued as a customer. Great welcome to the MiWay family and I hope to have a good stay.
