I have paid my vehicle off before the due date probably a year ago. i have repeatedly emailed [Email Removed] i usually get an automatic response saying: Dear Valued Customer

they have failed to get back to me, about any questions i have asked. they have failed to send me any confirmation that my vehicle has been paid off. only thing is the debit orders have stopped.

i feel this is unprofessional.
