Went into Standard bank Overport to apply for a credit card, waited about 10 min and i got to see a consulatant Ms Nqobile Fakazi. From the onset, her smile, her attitude and her friendliness gave me the comfort of relaxing and not going to another boring tiresome set of questions. Ms Nqobile was on the ball, she asked minumum questions, but the best part she was great conversation, I never felt i was in a banking institution, it was like i was talking to a long time friend, and she is knowledgable, we spoke on a variety of topics. She is a very family orientated lady, who is willing to share her values, It was good to have a warm conversation who was a stranger but also a friend.
Thank you Nqobile for making my day, and to the rest of the banking staff at Standard Bank, everybody had a smile, always willing to assist, your friendly staff from Kevin to mellisa to your consultants, i noticed that they always came to reassure you that you will be attended to.

Ps:- I do not bank with Standard but after today i believe Standard has what it takes to be a leader in the Banking Sector in Overport City (Atrium)
