Usually when you walk into a bank, you find a grumpy consultant who is half tired and half irritated that you are bothering her with your query however to my surprise TODAY I walked in to Standard bank Broad Acers a friendly, knowledgeable consultant that was took her time to advise or should I say educate me on the product on offer. It is comforting to know that you still get such service especially when someone is dealing with your finances, Sibongile Mtshaba, you truly wowed me with your awesome service.
