Bad Service

On the 18th of March 2013 i took out car insurance from First for Women, i was suppossed to receive my contract later on the same day which I did not neither did Imperial. on the 20th of March 2013 i called First for Women and cancelled my contract. on the 22nd of March they go ahead and deducted from my bank account R629.27 for the policy and R245.00 for adminfees. if only i received the contract i would have understand the adminfees, but i did not received anything so i have to pay for nothing. i phoned and e-mailed several times but untill today no refund what so ever. i receiced a mail that someone in their accounts departement would call in the next 2 days but nothing. is this the kind of service that they want me to pay for... i thought taking out a policy with First for Women would be ideal since i am a woman and all but to my regret they are definitely not first for women... i am very dissapointed to say the least...
