I am being constantly harassed/threatened by Home Loans Legal Dept who threaten to sue me/repossess my home etc because of alleged arrears. This when there is less than 2 years to end of bond and less than R100, 000 owing on a property valued at least R1 500 000.
When I request proof of alleged arrears they say go to a Branch and threaten to sue/repossess if I don't. Why should I? They are alleging a debt so they must provide me with proof of same.
